I arrived at Victoria Hearing Center and I did not have an appointment. Clearly stated on door, "cannot be seen without an appointment." Well, my hearing aides were not working and I certainly could not hear. The receptionist was so kind and took my hearing aides and the most kindest lady fixed my hearing aides. This was the most awesome experience, ALL THE LADIES, were kind and considerate of my situation and ALL stepped in to help. Thank you so much ladies for working as a team and helping me. I wish I had all your names so I could list you here. Again, thank you all so much. I can hear again!!

Everyone was so polite and I didn’t wait long for the audiologist, Dr. Hennessy was wonderful. She explained everything before she performed any tests and was very helpful with making the right choice of hearing aid for me. I’m looking forward to hearing conversations again.
