I hate shopping, but working with Chris Smith at your Independence store to coordinate my new master bedroom carpet and master bathroom floor made this major purchase as positive an experience as I've had in a long time. He was professional but personable, and he patiently answered my every question - especially about padding for the carpet as I'd had lumps develop in the carpet my builder installed six years ago. The installation crew was terrific as well. They not only did a great job putting down the floor and the carpet and putting my Sleep Number bed back together exactly right, but they cleaned up meticulously after the job was done. Even my neighbor, who stopped by to see how it was going and who is thinking about getting a new floor herself was impressed. If anyone asks for my recommendation re flooring, Big Bob's will have mine.
