Took my GLE there for the first time for service. Mike was very attentive at the time the vehicle was dropped and then later took the time to explain in detail what they have found, what the issues were and what was done to correct them. Bill from the shop spared some time to go with me for a quick drive to properly identify a noise that I wanted then to address. Car was delivered clean. Great experience.

I recently and a emergency repair that needed to be done on my E450. I was near the dealership, so I stopped in to see if they could help. They were in the middle of their staff Christmas celebration, but Zihan checked me in, got me a ride to where I was going and then later found me a loaner until my car was fixed. I can't say enough about Marcus and all his service staff. They have always treated me fair. I don't regret paying for that kind of premium service. Thankyou.
