For years, we’ve had a problematic pipe in a rental unit we own…it’s a pipe going out to the main town line and roots kept getting in through a crack and causing problems. Kevin presented a solution and I cannot tell you how good it is to have peace of mind and know we won’t get any more tenant calls about mysterious water in the basement! Superior was able to put us on their schedule quickly and took care of everything smoothly and professionally. They even sent us video footage of before and after! Kevin at Superior Sewer & Drain Service was fantastic: good communication (before, during, and after), professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. We had a continual water problem in the basement due to roots breaking into and blocking the pipe that runs between our house and the street. Big problem, big job. They verified the problem, fixed it, and offered an effective solution to keep it from happening again in the future! Win Win Win! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the level of service I received from Kevin and his crew. He was very responsive and patient explaining three different options on how to approach my root problem. In the end instead of having to excavate my whole backyard, he hand dug a small trench and extracted 7 foot long root ball out of my pipe and replaced with a new pipe. I would highly recommend this company!
