Honestly, this place has been great. The therapist is approachable and really listens, the in-person sessions feel comfortable, and the pricing is reasonable and transparent. Quality therapy without feeling overpriced. Great to see Jimmy there.

When I first heard about the opening of Desta Therapy in 2024 and its connection to its founders, Jimmy and Rachel Gross, I felt that its noble mission to help people “reclaim joy” was in the thoughtful hands of a couple who have been humbly serving others together for many years, both at home and abroad. With over 25 years of experience in some of the top managed care facilities here at home, together with nine years devoted to the care of orphans and the rescue of trafficked children in Africa and work in the Middle East through their own charitable foundation established in 2012, they have brought hope, care, and reconciliation to many. In San Antonio, they are concentrating their efforts alongside top therapists at Desta Therapy to provide a variety of services that address the root causes of depression, anxiety, and related health issues facing clients of all ages today.
