I originally found Dynasty on a Google search. I called them and they did a couple of different things that really made my life easier . They arranged everything with the insurance companies by the time I arrived . They arranged for me to get a rental car with Enterprise who arrived shortly after I did to pick me up. They kept me updated on my cars progress every step of the way and took the time to find out exactly what my car needed . I was rear-ended and initially thought it was just a minor collision . It turns out my car was legitimately totalled . The other person I spoke to essentially led me to believe it was a minor repair that needed a little bondo. However, Dynasty was very thorough , very polite , informative and professional. The environment was calm, cool and non threatening. For me , going to a body shop was like taking my child to the hospital , I loved my car and was hoping to keep it . Keeping my car would have made me unsafe on the road, without the repairs Dynasty prescribed . You might find numerous shops that will quote you a price that will tickle your ears. If you want it done correctly you would be astute to at least get a quote from Dynasty .
