I had an amazing experience with Cornerstone. The staff is very accommodating and cares about their residents. We loved our time there, and if we hadn't purchased a home, we would still be living there! The management team and maintenance team are awesome; they were quick to help us whenever we needed help with our unit (which was not often)! If you are moving to the Centerville area, I would recommend this apartment! Not to mention, you are easily able to walk to Costco, Cooper's Hawk, etc. which is super nice!

I've had the pleasure of being a tenant at Cornerstone for 15 months, and its been an absolute pleasure to live there. Aside from the proximity to all the best places to dine and shop, it also provides a safe, clean, and pleasant atmosphere for one to chose exactly how they want to spend their days. From working out in the onsite gym, enjoying some downtime by the pool, BBQ'ing on the deck, enjoying a free cup of coffe in the rec-room, fishing in the pond, getting some exercise while walking the paved path around the pond, or just simply having a seat by the water on the many benches provided to enjoy a great sunset. The experience is overall what a permanent, resort-style living is supposed to be.

My wife and I moved into Cornerstone 2 years ago and we are convinced it is the best apartment in the area. Everything is nice and well kept, the pool is awesome in the summer, and the staff is always a pleasure to interact with. The pond and trails are perfect for walks and it’s nice that the gym is right downstairs.

This is my first experience living in an apartment. I couldn’t be happier. This place is like living in a resort. The staff is amazing!!! Maintenance is great!!! Can’t imagine living anywhere else.
